Description
A quick and tasty beef stir fry served with rice.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb beef, sliced thin
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, stir for 1 minute.
- Add beef and cook until browned.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir fry for 5 minutes.
- Pour in soy sauce and mix well.
- Serve over cooked rice.
Notes
- Adjust soy sauce based on your taste.
- Use any vegetables you prefer.
- Leftover rice works well for this dish.
