Description
Tender beef tips simmered in a rich mushroom gravy.
Ingrédients

- 1 pound beef tips
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add beef tips and brown on all sides.
- Remove beef and set aside.
- Add onions and garlic to the skillet; sauté until softened.
- Add mushrooms and cook until browned.
- Stir in beef broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Return beef to the skillet.
- Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch with a little water and stir into the gravy.
- Cook until gravy thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
