Instructions
- Slice the cucumbers thinly.
- Sprinkle salt over the cucumbers and let them sit for 15 minutes.
- Rinse the cucumbers and drain excess water.
- In a bowl, mix rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and chili flakes.
- Add the cucumbers to the dressing and toss well.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve chilled.
