- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup white rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, rice, chicken broth, soup, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- You can use leftover chicken for this recipe.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- For a creamier texture, add more soup.
