Description

Ingrédients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup of rice
  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Brown chicken on both sides for about 5 minutes each.
  4. Add onion and garlic to the pan, cooking until soft.
  5. Stir in cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth.
  6. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  7. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  8. Serve chicken and sauce over rice.
