Description
A delicious dish of chicken smothered in a creamy sauce served over rice.
Ingrédients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup of rice
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Brown chicken on both sides for about 5 minutes each.
- Add onion and garlic to the pan, cooking until soft.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth.
- Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Cook rice according to package instructions.
- Serve chicken and sauce over rice.
Notes
- For added flavor, use fresh herbs.
- Can substitute brown rice for white rice.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
