  4. Shape the dough into baguettes and place on a floured surface.
  5. Cover and let rest for 1 hour.
  6. Preheat the oven to 250°C (482°F).
  7. Score the baguettes and place in the oven.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
