  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk pumpkin puree, sugar, brown sugar, oil, and eggs.
  4. Combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Fill muffin cups halfway with batter, add a spoonful of cream cheese mixture, then top with more batter.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool before serving.
