Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the cake mix according to package directions and bake in a 9×13 inch pan.
- Once baked, let the cake cool for 10 minutes.
- Poke holes all over the cake using a fork.
- In a bowl, dissolve strawberry gelatin in boiling water, then add cold water.
- Pour the gelatin mixture over the cake, ensuring the holes are filled.
- Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours.
- Spread whipped topping over the cake.
- Top with sliced strawberries before serving.
