- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup olives, pitted
- 1 cup mozzarella balls
- 1/2 cup pepperoncini
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and dry the mixed greens.
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, mozzarella balls, and pepperoncini.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
