Biscoff filled crinkle cookies are soft, chewy cookies with a delicious Biscoff spread center.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Biscoff spread
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar, and melted butter until combined.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract to the sugar mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Take a tablespoon of dough and flatten it in your hand.
- Place a small amount of Biscoff spread in the center and fold the dough around it.
- Roll into a ball and coat in powdered sugar.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Notes
- Ensure the Biscoff spread is at room temperature for easy handling.
- Do not overbake for a chewy texture.
