  • 100g unsalted butter, melted
  • 400g cream cheese
  • 100g powdered sugar
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 150g salted caramel sauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Crush the Biscoff cookies and mix with melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  4. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Add heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until combined.
  6. Fold in salted caramel sauce gently.
  7. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes, then cool in the oven.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
  10. Drizzle with extra salted caramel before serving.
