Ingrédients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light.
- Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
- Gradually add flour mixture and milk, alternating until combined.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheets.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are light brown.
- Let cool on racks.
- Mix powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and water to create glaze.
- Frost half the cookie with white glaze and half with chocolate glaze.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- These cookies can be made a day in advance.
- Adjust frosting consistency with more water if needed.
