Ingrédients

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until light.
  4. Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
  5. Gradually add flour mixture and milk, alternating until combined.
  6. Scoop dough onto baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are light brown.
  8. Let cool on racks.
  9. Mix powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and water to create glaze.
  10. Frost half the cookie with white glaze and half with chocolate glaze.
