Description
Delicious blackberry cinnamon rolls with a sweet cinnamon filling and fresh blackberries.
Ingrédients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 cup blackberries
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup icing sugar (for frosting)
- 1 tablespoon milk (for frosting)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, egg, flour, and salt. Mix until dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread melted butter on the dough.
- Mix cinnamon and brown sugar; sprinkle over the butter.
- Add blackberries evenly on top.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
- Mix icing sugar and milk for frosting and drizzle over warm rolls.
Notes
- Use fresh blackberries for the best flavor.
- Can substitute white sugar for brown sugar in the filling.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
