  • 1 cup blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup icing sugar (for frosting)
  • 1 tablespoon milk (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter, egg, flour, and salt. Mix until dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  6. Spread melted butter on the dough.
  7. Mix cinnamon and brown sugar; sprinkle over the butter.
  8. Add blackberries evenly on top.
  9. Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
  10. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
  11. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
  12. Mix icing sugar and milk for frosting and drizzle over warm rolls.
