Instructions
- Cook cavatappi pasta according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with blackened seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Add garlic and cherry tomatoes, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing well.
- Add cooked cavatappi to the skillet and combine thoroughly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
