Description
A delicious blend of cinnamon rolls and cheesecake in bar form.
Ingrédients

- 1 package of cinnamon roll dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish.
- Roll out cinnamon roll dough and press it into the bottom of the dish.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, granulated sugar, egg, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the dough.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool, then mix powdered sugar and milk to create frosting.
- Drizzle frosting over bars before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can add nuts for extra crunch.
- Serve warm or chilled.
