  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish.
  3. Roll out cinnamon roll dough and press it into the bottom of the dish.
  4. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, granulated sugar, egg, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the dough.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Let cool, then mix powdered sugar and milk to create frosting.
  8. Drizzle frosting over bars before serving.
