Description

Ingrédients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  4. In a blender, combine sugar, eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, and sweetened condensed milk.
  5. Blend until smooth.
  6. Pour the filling into the prepared crust.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set.
  8. Let it cool before serving.
