Description
A flavorful and easy-to-make BLT pasta salad.
Ingrédients

- 8 ounces of pasta
- 4 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup of romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, bacon, tomatoes, and lettuce.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use your favorite pasta shape.
- Feel free to add additional vegetables.
- Best served chilled.
