Deliciously chewy blueberry blondies with a hint of vanilla.

- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in blueberries gently.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
- Can substitute blueberries with other berries.
