- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup blueberries
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, eggs, and melted butter.
- Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with maple syrup.
- Can substitute blueberries with other berries.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
