Ingrédients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, and butter until crumbly.
  3. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  6. Sprinkle blueberries over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Top with the remaining crumb mixture.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool before serving.
