Ingrédients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar.
- Add egg and vanilla extract, mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour and salt.
- Add flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mix until combined.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Fold in blueberries into the cream cheese.
- Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto a baking sheet.
- Add a dollop of blueberry cheesecake mixture on top.
- Swirl the cheesecake into the cookie dough.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Let cool before serving.
