A refreshing twist on classic lemonade with blueberry and lavender.


Ingrédients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup dried lavender
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 4 cups cold water
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar and 1 cup water. Heat until sugar dissolves.
  2. Add dried lavender and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Strain the lavender syrup into a pitcher.
  4. Add fresh lemon juice and 4 cups cold water to the pitcher.
  5. Stir in fresh blueberries.
  6. Serve over ice.

  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
  • Use fresh lavender for a stronger flavor.
