Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk almond milk, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Fold in blueberries and lavender gently.
- Grease the madeleine pan and fill each mold.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
- Let them cool before removing from the pan.
