A refreshing and fruity dessert made from blueberries.
Ingrédients

Instructions
- Wash the blueberries thoroughly.
- In a saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and water.
- Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves and blueberries soften.
- Blend the mixture until smooth.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 2 hours.
- Scoop and serve.
Notes
- Use ripe blueberries for the best flavor.
- Adjust sugar to taste based on the sweetness of the berries.
