Blueberry swirl yogurt bites are a healthy and delicious snack. They are easy to make and perfect for on-the-go.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, mash the blueberries.
- Swirl the mashed blueberries into the yogurt mixture.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drop spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture onto the baking sheet.
- Freeze for 4 hours or until solid.
- Remove from the baking sheet and store in an airtight container.
Notes
- Use fresh or frozen blueberries.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- These can be enjoyed straight from the freezer.
