Description
Bombolini are Italian donuts, light and fluffy, often filled with cream or jam.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 3/4 cup milk, warmed
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Vegetable oil for frying
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add eggs and melted butter to the milk mixture.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Knead dough until smooth.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out dough and cut into circles.
- Let circles rise for another 30 minutes.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar.
