Description
A refreshing bow tie pasta salad with Italian flavors.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups bow tie pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup mozzarella balls
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook bow tie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, mozzarella, and basil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour dressing over pasta salad and toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can add grilled chicken for extra protein.
- Use any vegetables you prefer.
- This salad can be made a day in advance.
