A refreshing bow tie pasta salad with Italian flavors.


Ingrédients

  • 2 cups bow tie pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella balls
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook bow tie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, mozzarella, and basil.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour dressing over pasta salad and toss to combine.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
