- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add the onion and garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the Velveeta cheese and milk. Cook until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Toss the cooked pasta with the beef sauce until coated.
- Serve warm.
