Description

Bread pudding is a comforting dessert made from stale bread, milk, eggs, and sugar.


Ingrédients

  • 2 cups of milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of raisins

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cubed bread and milk. Let it soak for 10 minutes.
  3. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl and mix in sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  4. Add the egg mixture to the soaked bread and mix well.
  5. Fold in the raisins.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
