A hearty breakfast casserole loaded with eggs, cheese, and vegetables.

- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach)
- 1 package (12 oz) breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add cheese, vegetables, sausage, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- You can customize with your favorite vegetables.
- Make it ahead of time and refrigerate overnight.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
