- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the sausage in a skillet and drain.
- In a large bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add hashbrowns, cooked sausage, cheese, and onion to the egg mixture.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until set and golden.
