Description
A delicious breakfast cheese danish filled with creamy cheese and a flaky pastry.
Ingrédients

- 1 package puff pastry
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp milk
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl.
- Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and seal.
- Brush with the egg wash made from egg yolk and milk.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

- Serve warm for best flavor.
- Can add fruit preserves for extra sweetness.
