Easy breakfast roll ups filled with eggs and cheese.
Ingrédients

- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add the egg mixture and cook until scrambled.
- Place scrambled eggs on each tortilla.
- Add shredded cheese on top of eggs.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly.
- Slice in half and serve.
