Description
Soft and sweet brioche buns perfect for burgers or breakfast sandwiches.
Ingrédients

- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 egg, for egg wash
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Knead in softened butter until dough is smooth.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
- Shape dough into buns and place on a baking sheet.
- Cover buns and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush buns with egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add vanilla extract.
- Store buns in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Freeze for longer storage, up to 3 months.
