Ingrédients

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
  3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  4. Knead in softened butter until dough is smooth.
  5. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
  6. Shape dough into buns and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Cover buns and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  9. Brush buns with egg wash.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
