Ingrédients

  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Oil for frying
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add melted butter, sugar, and eggs. Mix well.
  3. Gradually incorporate flour and salt. Knead until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
  5. Roll out the dough and cut into donut shapes.
  6. Heat oil in a deep pan. Fry donuts until golden brown.
  7. Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar.
