Deliciously soft and fluffy brioche donuts.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Oil for frying
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, sugar, and eggs. Mix well.
- Gradually incorporate flour and salt. Knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough and cut into donut shapes.
- Heat oil in a deep pan. Fry donuts until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and dust with powdered sugar.
Notes
- Use a thermometer to check oil temperature.
- Donuts are best served fresh.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
