- 1 loaf brioche, cubed
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add celery and onion, sauté until soft.
- In a large bowl, combine brioche, sautéed vegetables, broth, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Add beaten eggs and mix well.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Use day-old brioche for better texture.
- Add cooked sausage for extra flavor.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
