Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine rice, broccoli, chicken, and cheese.
  3. Add cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
