Description
A healthy and crunchy broccoli salad.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Instructions
- Wash and chop the broccoli into small florets.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, red onion, carrots, sunflower seeds, and raisins.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
- Add bacon bits for extra flavor.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
