Description

Instructions
- In a pot, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Add vegetable broth and milk, whisk to combine.
- Bring to a simmer, then add broccoli.
- Cook until broccoli is tender.
- Blend the soup until smooth, then return to heat.
- Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper.
