Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Spread brownie batter in a greased baking pan.
  8. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough on top of the brownie batter.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Allow to cool, then cut into squares.
