A delicious blend of brownie and cookie in one treat.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spread brownie batter in a greased baking pan.
- Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough on top of the brownie batter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool, then cut into squares.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Best served warm.
- You can use nuts for added crunch.
