Delicious brown sugar pop tart cookies filled with sweet jam.


Ingrédients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar.
  3. Add flour and salt, mix until combined.
  4. Roll out the dough and cut into rectangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of jam on half of the rectangles.
  6. Top with remaining rectangles and seal edges.
  7. Brush with beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool before serving.
