A tasty chicken casserole with bruschetta topping.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup cooked pasta
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and balsamic vinegar.
- In a baking dish, combine shredded chicken and cooked pasta.
- Spread the tomato mixture over the chicken and pasta.
- Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use leftover chicken for quicker preparation.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge.
