- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the brussel sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the brussel sprouts on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the sprouts and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve warm.
