A fresh and healthy brussel sprout salad perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb brussel sprouts, trimmed and shredded
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the brussel sprouts by trimming and shredding them.
- In a large bowl, combine the brussel sprouts, cranberries, almonds, and parmesan cheese.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Can be made a day in advance.
- For a vegan option, omit the parmesan cheese.
