Instructions

- In a large bowl, toss the brussel sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the brussel sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until they are tender and caramelized.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
