Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
- Prepare lettuce leaves by washing and drying them.
- In another bowl, combine ranch dressing, celery, carrots, and green onions.
- Place a spoonful of buffalo chicken in each lettuce leaf.
- Add a spoonful of the ranch mixture on top.
- Wrap the lettuce around the filling and serve immediately.

- Adjust the spice level by using more or less buffalo sauce.
- For a milder flavor, use a yogurt-based dressing instead of ranch.
