Description

Buffalo chicken quesadillas are a delicious and spicy twist on a classic favorite.


Ingrédients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce in a bowl.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Place one tortilla in the skillet.
  4. Spread a layer of the chicken mixture on half of the tortilla.
  5. Add shredded cheese and green onions on top of the chicken.
  6. Fold the tortilla in half and cook until golden brown.
  7. Flip and cook the other side until cheese melts.
  8. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  9. Cut into wedges and serve hot.

  • Adjust the buffalo sauce to your spice preference.
  • Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
