Description
Buffalo chicken quesadillas are a delicious and spicy twist on a classic favorite.

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce in a bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet.
- Spread a layer of the chicken mixture on half of the tortilla.
- Add shredded cheese and green onions on top of the chicken.
- Fold the tortilla in half and cook until golden brown.
- Flip and cook the other side until cheese melts.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Cut into wedges and serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust the buffalo sauce to your spice preference.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
