Description
A rich and creamy butter pecan fudge that melts in your mouth.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter, and heavy cream.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Cook for 5 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, salt, and pecans.
- Pour into a greased 8×8 inch pan.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
- Store fudge in an airtight container.
- Can be kept at room temperature for up to a week.
- For a richer flavor, toast the pecans before adding.
