Ingrédients

- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk buttermilk, egg, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and grease lightly.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm with syrup or toppings of choice.
Notes
- Adjust the thickness of the batter with more buttermilk if needed.
- Add blueberries or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
