Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk flour, sugar, and salt together.
  3. Add yeast mixture and eggs to the dry ingredients. Mix until combined.
  4. Slowly add softened butter and knead until dough is smooth.
  5. Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours.
  6. Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf.
  7. Place the dough in a greased loaf pan and let it rise again for 30-45 minutes.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes.
  9. Let it cool before slicing.
